	*Banana* - Picked green and then allowed to ripen, the soft succulent flesh of this tender fruit is delectably sweet. Yellow-skinned bananas have developed their fullest and sweetest flavor.
	*Banana Baby* - Short and sweet, baby bananas are bright yellow and wear a thin skin compared to the common banana. Only about three to four inches in length, a typical bunch produces eight to ten bananas. This popular small banana has a very dense creamy texture and offers a deliciously sweet flavor.
	*Plantain* - Plantains are often viewed as looking too black, too green or too bruised, however, that is exactly how they are to look at their different stages of edible use. Whether yellow-brown or black, the plantain can be prepared either as a fruit or a vegetable.
