Avocado

Avocado - The California Hass avocados ideal growing conditions give them a lucious and buttery taste. The high oil content makes the hass
avocado excellent for almost any application. New crop starts in early winter, with lower oil levels for about the first month of harvest.

Chilean avocados start harvesting in August and are usually used as a substitute for california avocados. Although lower in price they also have a much lower oil content and will discolor after cutting.
