 Save the date for our first Tasting Tuesday of 2018 featuring Perfect Puree of Napa Valley! Perfect Puree was founded in 2004 and has been loved ever since by restaurants and bars for their amazing taste and consistency! Join us to taste several flavors and discover the reason Produce Express sells over 1,000 jars of Perfect Puree every month.

This event is for you if you:
(1) cook, manage or work in a restaurant or bar.
(2) want to learn how to save time and labor costs by cutting down on prep time with Perfect Purees - no more peeling, dicing, pureeing, and simmering!
(3) already use Perfect Puree products and want to discover new flavors.
(4) have always been curious about Perfect Puree but want to taste it and check out its texture before purchasing.

Use Perfect Puree to enhance cocktails, beverages, vinaigrettes, sauces, desserts, preserves, jams and syrups. The Perfect Puree sources only premium fruit harvested at the peak of season. Their purees and concentrates are frozen to maintain freshness, flavor, and color. All purees are free of artificial additives, sweeteners, and are Kosher certified and gluten free. Cordillera Chocolate has a delicious flavor and aroma, high shine and soft consistency. Cordillera Chocolate is a fair-trade producer in Columbia. Their chocolate was specially conceived to cater to the needs of culinary professionals, and works well in both sweet and savory applications. Cordillera grows, harvests and processes two types of cocoa beans, Criollo and Trinitario. These cocoa beans are known to be higher quality and less bitter than Forestero beans, which are widely used in the conventional chocolate industry.
