Farmer’s Market

Produce Express will host our annual
Summer Farmer’s Market
at our company warehouse on

Wednesday, July 14th from 10am-2pm.

Owners and employees of all accounts doing business with Produce Express are invited.  The market will showcase seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms as well as a variety of products from specialty purveyors.  Several farmers and company representatives will be present to discuss their crops and products with all those attending.  In addition, a chef or two will be offering food items using local ingredients.

Yeung Farm Tomatoes-Ray Yeung will display and discuss his Heirloom, Vine Ripe and Roma Tomatoes.

Del Rio Botanicals-Suzanne Ashworth, owner of Del Rio, will feature a wide variety of organic crops.

Dwelley Farms-Located in Brentwood, Dwelley supplies us with summer corn, varietal summer beans and fresh shelling beans.

Riverdog Farm-Brian Boyce from Riverdog will be on hand to talk about his organic crops.

Twin Peaks Ranch-Camellia Miller, owner/grower at Twin Peaks, will offer summer peaches, nectarines and plums.

Castenada Bros-Silverio Castaneda supplies us with varietal summer squash, peppers and chili peppers.

Barsotti Juice Company-Fresh apple juice and lemonade.

Perfect Puree of Napa Valley-Frozen fruit purees.

Sparrow Lane-California wine vinegars.

California Olive Ranch-California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Santa Fe Trading Company-Fresh flour and corn tortillas.

   We will be adding more farms this week and next to fill our warehouse.  This will be our only market of the year and we will be offering discounted pricing on a wide variety of items for the following two weeks to all who attend.  Our warehouse is located at:

Tomatoes- Yeung Farms has started with a limited variety and less than normal quantity. We have single varieties and toy box heirlooms as well as Shady Lady’s (True Vine Ripes). True Vine Ripe Romas will be available in ten to fourteen days.
