featuring seasonal menus have much to consider as summer crops
wind down and new crops arrive. We offer for your consideration

Sciabica Olive Oils- We stock Extra
Virgin and Pure Olive Oil from this award winning family concern
in Modesto. Both oils are avaialble by gallon or 4-1gallon case.
Olives- We stock a Harvest Mix of
california olives from M&CP Farms in Orland. The mix consits
of four varieties- Manzanillo, Seville, Picholine and Mission-in
a neutral brine. These olives are not pitted. 10lb. net weight.
Also in stock, pitted Kalamata Olives from Greece. In brine- 10lb.
net weight.
Tortillas- Specialty tortillas locally
made from Sante Fe Trading Co. in Sacramento. Varieties include
(12”) Chipotle, Pumpkin, New Mexico Red Chili, Tomato-Basil,
Spinach -Onion ,Habanero and Variety Pack. Available by the case.
