Apple Hill Apples
Apple Hill is a renowned region known for its apple orchards, wineries, and scenic farms. We source our local apples from Larsen Apple Barn in Camino during apple season. We are currently offering the following:
Braeburn- Firm, crispy apples with a satisfying crunch. They retain their shape when cooked and are also pleasant in raw applications. Sold by the 10# and 40# cases.
Gala- Similar to braeburns, gala apples work perfectly in both cooked or raw dishes. Sold by the 40# case only
Golden Delicious- Balanced sweetness with tender flesh. Golden delicious are best used in fresh dishes or cooked down. Sold by the 40# case only.

Produce News
Iceberg, romaine, broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage are all experiencing issues with quality. Please be mindful when planning menus.
We are expecting to have local tomatoes from Yeung Farms until the end of October.
Pumpkins and fall decor items are expected in the first week of october.
Local stone fruit will be finished by next week.
